Help me reach my goal of 800 to build a healthier future for our loved ones

Through rain or shine, NZ or Oz I'm going the distance this April to help bring life-changing CAR T-cell therapy home to New Zealand.

Right now, many Kiwis with aggressive blood cancers have to travel thousands of kilometres overseas and pay enormous costs to access CAR T treatment. 

I’m taking on this challenge because no one should have to leave Aotearoa for life-changing cancer care. Every kilometre I complete and every dollar I raise will support the Malaghan Institute’s ENABLE-2 trial - a critical step toward making CAR T-cell therapy available in New Zealand’s public health system, close to home and whānau.

Wow only a few days live and i have reached my target of $500  for 200km of activity this April.  I am so excited about the kindness and willingness to recognise this amazing scientific mahi- 
So i have upped my $ goal to $800.
Tempted to raise the distance too. Watch and wait for my next blog…..looks like Natalies dog will get fitter in the process too……Arohanui Granni/ Josephine/Joey/ Jo

Time to join the team to make a difference for Car T Cell Research . Right here in Wellington NZ.  None of us will have dodged the bullet - Cancer in friend's , whanau , work colleagues bodies and lives. We will all have been touched in some way. For me it has been the death of a sister and very young children i have taught.  I can help , you can help me.  Sponsor me for this challenge in April.  Read and discover what the Malaghan Institute has achieved and will achieve with your  help.Spread the word  and most of all put your hand deep into your pocket for this incredibly important Research.
