My Story...
I was inspired by my dear friend Coco to do something real, useful and empathic to walk alongside her as she battles with the ravaging impacts of cancer. On Tuesday 4th April, my wonderful husband Mick and I will shave our heads. Supported by our empathic whanau, we will spread the word and launch Project Empathy: Buzz Cut for Coco. My fundraising goal is to help improve cancer treatments for New Zealanders. This is part of my bigger mission to raise awareness of the connecting power of empathy and the isolating consequences of living without it.
